2023 Rivers Challenge: Date For Candidates To Submit Proposals On How To Move State From Consumption To Production Extended

The Management of Notable Outcome, organizers of ‘Rivers 2023 Challenge: From Consumption To Production’, has announced the extention of date for candidates of political parties to submit their proposals from September 26 to October 25, 2022.

The shift in date, according to the publisher of Notable Outcome, Iheanyi Ezinwo, was as result of calls for more time to enable those who could not meet up the initial deadline  to participate in the challenge.

It would be recalled that the Management of Notable Outcome took this informed decision, to.promite issue based campaigns and to also  provide an opportunity for Rivers people to assess the level of preparedness of governorship candidates to advance the course of development in Rivers, especially on how  they intend to move the state from consumption to production economy.

All participating candidates are therefore  reminded to submit  hardcopies of their blueprints to the office of Notable Outcome located at: 50, Ikwerre road, Mile One Diobu, Port Harcourt, while the soft copy should be sent contemporaneously to: notableoutcomenews@yahoo.com on or before 25 October, 2022.

It might also be important to recall that, at the end of the assessment of the proposals by experts, the first three candidates with the most convincing blueprints, would be given an opportunity to adopt their papers, and amplify their thoughts to Rivers people at an event in Port Harcourt.

Besides, the candidates with the best blueprints would be honoured at an event in Port Harcourt with the ‘Hope of Rivers State in 2023’ Award, among others, and adequate arangements have been put in place to amplify and escalate  the publicity of the exercise both locally and globally.

This initiative, is Notable Outcome’s contribution to the collective efforts to deepening  the democratic process in Rivers State, and all those who mean well for the state are encouraged to join in this effort aimed at ensuring that only fit and proper persons are given the opportunity to lead the oil rich state.
