(By Chris K.Amadi )- There are fears that the European Union may impose travel ban on the United States when it reopens its borders on July 1 to travelers from China, Uganda, Cuba and Vietnam.

Yahoonews quotes a report in the New York Times where the EU is said to be considering two potential lists of acceptable travelers based on how foreign nations are faring in their fight against COVID-19 and that non of the lists includes the U.S.
The Times believes the development not only underscores how much worse the outbreak of COVID -19 has gotten in the US but also highlights how much better the EU is currently doing than the the management of the pandemic.
