(By Iheanyi Ezinwo)-Unlike many universities in Nigeria where students neither know when they are admitted and when they will be leaving, the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt abhors institutional fraud and keeps to its timelines.

This declaration was made by the Dean of Graduate School of the University of Education, Port Harcourt, Prof. Daniel Ogum, at a meeting with new and returning Post Graduate students of the institution on Monday. Prof. Ogum hinted that the institution has the fastest growing Post Graduate School, with a humble beginning at 2016 and now targeting a population of 5000 students.

He asserted that the institution is willing to give to the students what it has, and that whatever is not available would be sourced elsewhere, just as he added that they have very good lecturers, with those from outside blending very well to give the students the best Post Graduate experience in the institution.

The dean also hinted that no hardworking student will be delayed, but warned that the institution has zero tolerance for examination malpractice and that the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education,  has acquired global visibility and attracting increasing number of students.

He maintained that they are focused to be the best but counseled the students to buy relevant text books, read and prepare for exams, adding that hard work remains a valid protection for students against victimization.
