(By Chioma Peters) – Brigadier-General Paul Boroh (Rtd), Co-ordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, has been sacked by President Muhammadu Buhari, and replaced by the Director of Research and Studies at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Charles Quaker Dokubo.
A statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina on Tuesday said the president has directed the National Security Adviser,NSA, to investigate the activities of the Amnesty Programme from 2015 to date.

The statement further directs the NSA to confirm the veracity or otherwise of allegations of financial impropriety, and other actions that are detrimental to the achievement of the objectives of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
