(By Chris K.Amadi) -Chief Glory Emeh has advised youths in Rivers State to continue to give unalloyed support to Governor Nyesom Wike’s administration. The former commissioner for transport and aviation in Rivers State was speaking at the funeral service of 71 year old Alhaji Ogbonna at Rumuobasi in Emuoha Local Government Area over the weekend.
The former Chief of Staff Government House was full of praise for Governor Nyesom Wike whom he said has done so well that he has redefined the criteria for entrusting leadership on any one as “ability to perform rather than those age long ancient primordial sentiments”.
Glory Emeh, described by many as a political strategist emphasised that Rivers people should continue to show loyalty and support to Governor Wike, the 2017 United Nations award winner for sustainable development. He told the youths that Governor Wike has shown sufficient confidence in piloting the affairs of the State, describing the Governor as prudent, resourceful, charismatic and of uncommon courage.
Chief Emeh promised the youths that the leadership of the party in the LGA are united to ensure that the All Progressive congress (APC) is diminished in the political landscape of the Local Government, assuring them of victory for Governor Wike in the 2019 gubernatorial election.
