(By Silas Amie)-The 12 boys and their coach who were rescued Tuesday from a flooded cave in Thailand after two weeks determined effort by the Navy and other agencies will be special guests at the World Cup Final.
Yahoo News UK had reported that, while efforts were still being made to rescue the lads and their coach, football governing body, FIFA had sent a letter to the president of the Football Association of Thailand offering its “deepest sympathies and support” to the families of 12 young players and their coach, who were trapped in the cave.

The report further stated that, Fifa president Gianni Infantino, had written, inviting the youngsters and their coach to the World Cup final in Russia if they are rescued in time and healthy enough to travel.

The team’s appearance at the final would “undoubtedly be a wonderful moment of communion and celebration”, fifa’s letter said, especially against the background that they are all safe and in good health, as well as the passion of the boys for the World Cup even while they were trapped in the cave
