The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Rivers State wishes to inform the public that the the collection of Permanent Voters Cards, PVCs, will take place in the Registration Areas/Wards from Friday, January 6, 2023, till Sunday January 15, 2023. Thereafter, we will revert to the INEC LGA offices from the16th to 22nd January 2023.
This indication waswgiven in aaststement issued by the Head of Voter Education and Publicity, Mark Usulor, on behalf of the Resident Electoral Commissioner, and made available to newsmen in Port Harcourt.
According to the statement,
“Those that are unable to collect their PVCs at the LGA offices of the Commission can do so at the Registration Areas/Wards.
“We therefore wish to appeal to all stakeholders to provide a peaceful and enabling environment for our staff to successfully discharge this exercise at the 319 Registration Areas/Wards in Rivers State within the stipulated period”.
