Rivers People Celebrate Wike As He Marks Anniversary Of His Birthday


(By Iheanyi Ezinwo)-The Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters and Strategy, Barr.Emeh Glory Emeh, has commended Rivers people for the show of love, admiration and appreciation of the efforts of Governor Nyesom Wike to transform Rivers State to enviable heights.

Chief Emeh was speaking while fielding questions from journalists on the sidelines of the launching of the Golden Jubilee Commemorative Stamp at Government House, Port Harcourt. Barr.Glory Emeh described Governor Wike as an enigma, a rare gift of God to Rivers State at this auspicious time in the political history of the state.

His words:”At an admirable age that is being celebrated today, Wike has shown that ability to perform should be the precondition for entrusting responsibility on any politician.

“He has instilled a new spirit of times and has promoted fresh commitment to the values of efficient performance in the area of infrastructural and human resources development in the state.

“You guys have been around all these eventful close to four years of Wike’s administration: therefore you do not need too much education on his exemplary approach to democratic governance in the state.

” We are particularly impressed with the overwhelming show of love by the people of Rivers State in appreciating God for the gift of Governor Wike at this time, the reason why we say that there is no ALTERNATIVE to Wike in Rivers in 2019 general election”, Chief Emeh emphasized.

The political tactician called on Rivers people not to relent on their support for the governor, stressing that sustained support will enable the state to remain the envy of other States in Nigeria.

He congratulated Governor Wike on his birthday anniversary and wished him many happy returns.
