All roads will lead to Nabo Graham Douglas Law Auditorium at Rives State University, Nkpolu Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt on Thursday, November 4, 2021, as the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, holds the South South Citizens Summit on National Integration, Peace and Security.
In a statement, Council member of the NIPR representing Rivers State, Mr. Samuel Oseluka, harped on the imperatives of tolerance among Nigerians irrespective of tribal and religious differences.
The Council member further stated that the Institute had engaged with stakeholders, including civil societies, professional bodies and NIPR chapters in the southern part of Nigeria in its determined effort to sensitize the citizens on the need to come together once again, and restore the collective dignity of Nigerians.
He said that the program, which is billed for 10am, will attract participants from the South South, who will lead the discussion with the hope of old wounds and smoothening the rough edges to enable Nigerians relate freely with one another.
