The Rivers State Scout Association has felicitated with legal practitioners and the entire judiciary in the State on the commencement of the 2022 – 2023 Legal Year, describing the ceremony as a commendable tradition.
Speaking with newsmen at the event, the Scout Commissioner in Rivers State, Barrister Monima E. Karibi-Whyte, said the association attended the opening of the 2022-2023 legal year in solidarity with the Chief Judge, Justice Simeon Amadi, who is a patron of the body, even as himself is a practicing lawyer, and the leader of Scouts in Rivers State.

Barr. Karibi-Whyte said that the Rivers State Scout Association under his new leadership had opted to be proactive, and determined to restore the glory of the association, while positively impacting the youth and the society.
