(By Iheanyi Ezinwo)-The chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Rivers State Council, Stanly Job Stanley, has reiterated the commitment of the new executive which he leads to the training, retraining and welfare of members.

The chairman was speaking on Sunday after a thanksgiving service at the Living Faith Church, 4 Kaduna street, in the D-Line axis of Port Harcourt, adding that they decided to give thanks to God for a successful election and inauguration of the new executive.

Mr. Stanley Job Stanley however called on the newly inaugurated standing committees to commence work immediately while promising to run an all inclusive administration.

Meanwhile, the publisher of Notable Outcome, Iheanyi Ezinwo, has congratulated the new chairman of NUJ in Rivers State, Stanley Job Stanley for his victory at the polls and his subsequent swearing in.

Mr. Ezinwo, who described Mr. Stanley as a humble, sincere and hardworking media practitioner, charged the new chairman and his executive council to remain focused in order to justify the confidence reposed in them by journalists and other stakeholders in Rivers State.
